What is the best room for kids?

Bank Job and Virus Outbreak rooms are most enjoyed by younger players. All rooms are made to be challenging for adults but we would recommend these ones for our younger audience.

If I book online, do I have to pay now?

You can select to pay now or pay on arrival.

Can I change numbers for my group?

You will only need to contact us if you need to book an additional room or if you have had a reduction of players and need to cancel a room. Otherwise, you just pay for the number of players on the day.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes. We recommend purchasing vouchers online, click here. You can also purchase in-store however it is best to contact us first as staff are not always on-site.

Are you locked in the room?

The room remains unlocked at all times, therefore you can exit at any time if you need to.

Is it scary?

No, our intention is not to scare but to entertain.

Does there need to be an adult in the room?

No, but we do recommend having an adult in each room as the rooms are made to be challenging for adults. However we do allow bookings of just children and we can guide them along the way.

What room is the easiest/hardest?

No idea! All of our customers seem to find different rooms more difficult than others so it really depends on how YOUR brain thinks!
